Cupcake Courier

I could have used one of these Cupcake Courier back in May when my daughter had her sixth birthday. Let’s just say it was no mean feat getting thirty cupcakes to school and having them arrive looking the same as they did when they left home!
The flower cupcakes were made for the girls and the worm cupcakes for the boys. As it turned out everyone wanted the flower cupcake because marshmallows were the preferred topping!

Hi, I’m Jen’s dad and thought you might like to hear about other uses for her Cupcake Courier:
Everyday Use:
Remove one, two or all three trays and store breads, cookies, cereals or bakery items in a lock sealed container on your counter top (four bottom clasps lock the container and keep air out)
Using the trays for other than cupcakes :
Each tray locks into either the bottom or each other, thereby holding everything on it securely and, with a locked cover, fresh.
Here are some interesting ideas-
Put dip into two cups and surround by chips or veggies or cheeses.
Mix candies or nuts on a tray.
Mix cookies on a tray.
Put small sausages or meat rolls on a tray.
Put mustard in two cups and surround by small pretzels.
Endless possibilities………
Removing trays to carry other food items:
You can remove one two or all three trays and carry:
pie
cake
coffee cake
cheese ball
roast, small turkey, ham or whole chicken
many hot dog or hamburger buns
½ watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, melons
dozen ears of corn
endless possibilities………

Thanks Tom for sending in these ideas. Is the Cupcake Courier available in Australian retail outlets?
Please let us know if Jen develops new products,

My mum has just bought me a Cupcake Courier. I am sooooo pleased with it as before it was difficult transporting the cupcakes. They would touch each other etc. My only suggestion is a hole in the bottom of each holder would be great so you could push your finger up to get the cake out with ease!

i think the cupcake courier sounds like an excellent invention and something i look forward to using. my only suggestion is for a variation, flat bottoms? either a seperate carrier, or parts to slide over the holes? i make a lot of 3 point sandwiches for various occasions and have equal amount of trouble transporting them, is there something in the pipeline similar to my suggestion, i hope so, because i would buy 5!
thank you

Thanks for your comment but you might want to put the suggestion to Cupcake courier themselves at http://www.cupcakecourier.com
I wrote about their product but I am not associated with them in anyway, however, I do think it’s an interesting suggestion. Maybe you could take the challenge on and make a “Sandwich Courier!”
